When HEMSI provides patient transport, the Paramedic or EMT will complete a Patient Care Report documenting the information concerning patient condition, medical assessment, and care rendered.
For questions regarding a bill for ambulance transport, insurance coverage, or other information in reference for payment of services, contact the billing office.
